By ordering a commission from me you agree to these Terms of Service.
Please read all the text below carefully.

Attention! All prices are in USD via Paypal

COMMISSIONS STAGES

  1. Tell me what type of commission you want, send me links to references and your PayPal address.

  2. I am send you a rough sketch there you may ask for changes. After approving the sketch I send you an invoice. No refunds after approving.

  3. I tell you about the estimated deadlines and send you the final art over time. You can ask for changes if I made a mistake.

you can ask for changes of the final piece if:

  • ...I forgot to draw a details of the character's appearance (pattern on body, accessories, etc.). Keep in mind that character's colors may change because of a lighting and environment in the illustration.

  • ...It's pretty easy to change (color of a small thing, adding a spot/stripe you forgot to ask etc.) If you ask about changes of the character in a final part (which are not on a reference sheet and are not an artist’s mistake), and these changes are large or/and there's many of it (2-3 changes), you will have to pay for my time to add this — about ** 10+ USD for a bunch of changes**.

"You just want to get more money by requiring a fee for each edit!"

If you are afraid that you will have to pay for a lot for editing, try: 1) make an accurate technical description of what you want to see; 2) find the references for all the controversial parts in the character ("nose like here, ears like here").Yes, I ask to pay for edits, but not because I want to get more money. Every edit that is not related to my mistakes takes my personal time, which I give to you for free for your sudden wish to change something. Please, let's respect each other.

References

I need references you gave me for a work.It may be: reference sheet of your character, arts of another artists, photos.If you want me to construct a new character from few arts/photos etc., it will be a reference commission, not a linework.For constructing a new design of character there will be additional 20 USD.

i can stop working with you if:

  • You read my letters but not answering it during a week while we work with commission without any warning; (only wor a work session, no rush with questions etc.)

  • You asking me to draw something you didn't asked before. Especially it important for kinks;

  • You are being rude.

draw/don't draw lists

I draw:

  • Humans/halfhumans;

  • Monsters of any kind;

  • Dragons/griffins;

  • Animals (feral and anthro);

  • Backgrounds;

  • Cute and funny things;

  • Erotica/nsfw (preferably gay themes);

I don't work with:

  • Guro;

  • Vore;

  • Underage;

  • Scat;

  • Overweight;

  • Another extreme kinks;

  • Portraits of real people ("I want you to draw me like a fairy"). *References with faces of real people are OK. I'm just don't work with copying of photos. *

If you are not sure if I will draw kink you want, you can ask about it me in personal message or in comments.Sometimes I draw kinks as a part of an experiment. I draw it with my characters and don't repeat for the commissions.

Publication and rights

I have all the rights to the art that I have done for you. You can publish the images in your galleries with a link to me, as well as print and use for personal needs. You don't have the right to use my images for commercial purposes if you have not purchased these rights.
I will add you to the black list for violation of the ToS.To use the picture for commercial purposes you must pay extra 100% of the cost of the art.Private commissions are also available for an extra 100% of price.

Size and resolution

A regular order includes a size for placing on the Internet.You can request a large size of your commission. I am send arts in .jpg format (you can ask .png), at 300 DPI for possible printing. If you need a certain size, ask about it before I will start a commission. Otherwise, I choose the final size of the large image myself.
